Ampco Pumps Company announces the debut of new blending and mixing equipment designed to increase processing efficiency for many applications. The equipment is customizable to the processing application and Ampco works with each customer to size the correct unit.

“There has always been a need for blenders and mixers as almost all products have ingredients added at some point in the production process. In many existing blending processes, ingredients get left on tank walls or the mix is poor and not consistent from batch to batch. Ampco recognized the need for efficient and affordable blenders and mixers. What makes us different from the competition is our great pricing for high quality products, our responsiveness and flexibility to meet special requests, and the support we offer both before and after the sale.” explains Mary Augustine, Product Manager.

The AC+ Dry Blender series offers a cost effective solution for blending dry ingredients with liquids or liquids with liquids. With the proven, “tube within a tube” design and the AC+ centrifugal pump, lumping and foaming are eliminated. Dry blenders are available in four models including the AC+2116 System which includes supply pump, controls and cart. Rental blenders are available for trial for a nominal monthly fee.

The new Ampco PM Powder Mixer will save time and money by providing optimal mixing consistency and reduced processing time. The PM Powder Mixer is set in-line so there is no limit to the batch size. The PM powder mixers combine maximum efficiency with a portable, ergonomically designed table top unit. Ampco can customize a powder mixer designed to specific applications further maximizing efficiency and providing a superior end-product. Rental units are available for a monthly fee which will be deducted from the purchase price.

Ampco offers three styles of shear blenders. SB shear blenders with tapered teeth allow easy adjustment to suit your application. SBH shear blenders have straight teeth for higher shear. SBI shear pumps contain a built-in impeller to improve pumping capacity.
