SPX Flow, a global supplier of highly specialized pumps, carries the Johnson Pump brand that includes the CombiSump, CombiSumpMag, CombiPro, CombiProMag and CombiProV ranges. These pumps provide modular solutions using common components that can be shared across different pump models. They are able to meet many offshore applications that include lube oil, condensate, and water pumping duties. The modularity, flexible design options, and reliability of the pumps offer high performance, low installation, and less ongoing maintenance costs.

For use with thin liquids

Both the CombiSump and CombiSumpMag are vertical long shaft sump pumps that are ideal when used with liquids. With silicon carbide axial and radial bearings that are lubricated by pumped liquid, they are able to ensure increased reliability. They are specially designed for low Net Positive Suction Head (NSPH) values, while base plates meet existing support arrangements, making installation easy.

The CombiSump offers options for mechanical or packed gland seals, while the CombiSumpMag has a magnetic coupling that allows users to avoid leaks.

For use with hydrocarbon

The CombiPro line of horizontal centerline supported centrifugal pumps is specially designed for hydrocarbon duties. Standardized seal chambers fit all API 682 seal configurations. In addition, the pumps come with single or dual seal construction, as well as the option of a seal less design.

They are robust with modular API 610 base plates, which enables the optimum configuration for each combination.

For use with various other liquids

The CombiPrime is perfect for use on supply vessels as it’s a self-priming, liquid ring pump what doesn’t require a separate vacuum pump, system, or airline. This particular design offers dependability with even the toughest operations that include the pumping of clean or slightly polluted liquids in the firefighting or bilge and ballast industries.

With just one power supply, the pump has a low power solution that is great in emergency situations when other configurations may require additional power.
