Ebara Appoints New Customer Service Manager
Ebara recently announced the hire of Robert Hub as Customer Service Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the customer service center, inside sales, applications engineering, and aftermarket services of Fluid Handling’s service programs. Robert will also collaborate with sales and marketing to explore and deliver business and product enhancements that provide the best customer experience through every stage of the sale process.
Hub has a strong background in the municipal, commercial, and industrial markets, including positions at International Piping Services Company and Flowserve involving technical sales, operations, and general management. His most recent position was as Vice President of the Southeast Mechanical Services Division of TEAM Industrial Services, a global company based in TX.
“Within these positions, Robert has been directly responsible for facilitating change management, process improvements, and driving customer acquisitions,” says Richard Thompson, Vice President, Ebara Fluid Handling. “We are fortunate to have Robert join our management team and look forward to integrating his vision for enhancing the customer experience with FHD.”

Robert obtained a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the McColl School of Business, Queens University, Charlotte, North Carolina.
