New A6 Eccentric Disc Pump Model Added to Mouvex's Line of Pumps
Mouvex, a leading pump manufacturer of positive displacement pumps and compressors for the transfer of liquids and dry bulk products, has introduced the new A6 model to its line of A Series Eccentric Disc Pumps. These new positive displacement disk pumps are well suited for industrial applications because they are able to handle both thin and viscous liquids with ease.
Founded in 1906, Mouvex has become known for helping manufacturers increase profits by recovering more product during the pumping process. The pump manufacturer offers complete pump units and kits that include sliding vane pumps, centrifugal pumps, hose pumps, gear pumps, and more that help increase profits. With the addition of the A6 model from Mouvex’s A Series Eccentric Disc Pumps, manufacturers are able to take further advantage of the state-of-the-art technology that Mouvex is known for.
The Mouvex A6 pump features ductile iron construction, enabling the disc pump to be used in the safe transfer of viscous, non-lubricating, volatile, and delicate fluids that would normally cause problems for other pumps. A variety of connection types and options are available, including the availability of Mouvex and standardized mechanical seals, which helps expedite installations. This disc pump also features 1 ½” suction, discharge ports and can operate reliably to a maximum flow rate of 25 gpm at differential pressures of up to 145 psi.
Mouvex A Series pumps are positive displacement pumps that utilize eccentric disc technology. This enables self-priming and run-dry capabilities while maintaining a constant flow rate, regardless of changes in viscosity and pressure. The positive displacement disc pumps are able to maintain their initial performance over a long period of time and are Atex-certified for use in potentially dangerous environments. With maximum speeds of 600 rpm and maximum flow rates of 242 gpm, these pumps are known for their reliability, durability, and cost effectiveness.
