Wilden® is a worldwide leader in AODD pump technology. Its new AdvancedTM Series Stainless Steel air operated double diaphragm pumps are designed to safely contain and transfer hazardous solvents, including trichlorethane, trichloroethylene, methylene chloride, methyl chloride, carbon tetrachloride and chloroform. These pumps are ATEX-rated, certifying them for use in hazardous environments.

Smart design ensures the Advanced Series Stainless Steel AODD Pumps provide superior containment in a variety of applications. The pump does not have a mechanical seal or packing, but features a bolted design and single-piece piston diaphragm, eliminating potential weak points and minimizing the risk of costly leakages. Wilden also offers a variety of elastomer options, including PTFE, to meet abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns.

Wilden’s Full Stroke PTFE Diaphragms provide increased product displacement per stroke, resulting in greater flow rates and higher efficiencies compared to other AODD technologies, while their drop-in design allows the pump to be installed into an existing pump footprint without disturbing the piping; this translates to overall lower maintenance cost and less system downtime. Advanced Series Stainless Steel AODD Pumps also feature the innovative Pro-Flo XTM air distribution system (ADS) with state-of-the-art Efficiency Management System (EMSTM).
